Both returned to campus to share their knowledge of cross-cultural communication with this class.

Special thanks to Zhao Huijuan, head of the Department of Business English at Hebei College of Finance, who worked with Diane St. John to provide pen pals from her class to correspond with Ms. St. John's class, and who worked extra hours to prepare for and host the live teleconference between the classes.
